It is estimated that the participants of the WMO symposiums on education and training includes the high officials of the WMO, the regular delegations of the branch organization all over the world, the deans of the WMO Regional Meteorological Training center, the academicians giving lectures, administrators and professors.

The tenth WMO to be held will invite the following people: the director of the Chinese Meteorological Bureau, the leaders of the Science and Technology Department, the leaders of Jiangsu province, the General Sectetary of the WMO, the director of the Education and Training Department, the regular delegations of the branch organization all over the world,(usually the directors of the different countries' Meteorological Bureau) the deans of the WMO Regional Meteorological Training center, the academicians giving lectures, administrators and professors.
