March 5th wintnessed President Hu Jintao s participation in the 3rd session of the 11th National People s Congress.
President Hu Jintao shook hands with Professor Yang Zhen, the president of NUPT. The two greeted each other with Party Secretary Liang Baohua s kind introduction. President Hu complimented, NUPT is a well-known university nationwide! Professor Yang Zhen thanked President Hu s encouragement and promised to do even better in the future.
The year 2010 is a crucial year in that it is the last of the 11th five-year plan and the basis for the 12th five-year plan. NUPT authorities have committed themselves to contributions to the prosperity and advancement of NUPT.
