President of Moscow State Linguistic University Visits Our University

On March 25, Ms. Irina Aliyeva, the President of Moscow State Linguistic University and Mr. Juya Suhalev, vice President visited our university. Mr. Gong Huili, Executive vice President of Capital Normal, Mr. Sui Ran, deputy director of College of Foreign Languages and Han Mei, Associate Dean of College of International Education welcomed our foreign friends and the two sides held a warm talk.
Leaders of the two universities exchanged their respective views on mutual developments, and discussed potential roles of the two universities in the innovative education programme Language & Intercultural Communication among membership countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Moscow State Linguistic and Capital Normal signed a cooperation agreement this time and an intention to jointly train master and PH.D students in Russian major was also discussed.
Capital Normal University established a cooperation relationship with Moscow State Linguistic in 1996, and the two sides maintained long-term friendship since then. The visit from our Russian friends will definitely bring a closer relationship between the two sides.
