On Oct. 17, SCUT 26th Graduate Sports Meeting was held at the East Stadium. Vice president ZHU Min attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Eight hundred and fifty athletes from 22 schools and departments fought bitterly over the glory of 26 track and field events. Ultimately, School of Electronic and Information Engineering won the team championship based on their first place of women's team and fourth place of men's team. The second prize and third prize went to School of Light Industry & Food Science and School of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering respectively. Seven schools were awarded the "spiritual civilization prize."
