Members of Winter Camp Watch Puppet Show
Members of 2006 Youngsters of Overseas Chinese Origin Chinese National Dance & Martial Art Winter Camp went to watch a puppet show at the Guangzhou Puppet Theater on December 27 after a day s study in martial art or Chinese national dance.
The excellent performances that the puppet theater presented to the campers included traditional puppet shows such as Sun Wukong VS White-bone Spirit Three times , Princess Changping , and puppet shows that make use of modern techniques Dragon and Phoenix Bringing Auspiciousness , The Fisherman and The Crane etc.
Besides the puppet show, the campers were arranged to learn to manipulate the puppets. When the puppets in the hands of the campers danced with the music, applauses and hurrahs echoed in the theaters.
