Zhuhai College Delegations Win Six Award in CUMCM
According to the committee of China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling (CUMCM) the 2006 CUMCM drew to a close successfully on Sep. 18th after 72 hours' competition. The news was publicized in its official web side recently that Zhuhai College of JNU sent to the contest 7 delegation teams with 21 students, and won the national first-award and provincial first-award, provincial second-award, and 3 provincial third-awards.
CUMCM was the largest extracurricular activity in China. Nearly 30,000 students took from 31 provinces and Hong Kong part in it this year. There were 250 national first-awards and 602 national second-awards.
