Thailand Elementary Education Committee Headmaster Delegation Visit JNU

The Thailand Elementary Education Committee Headmaster Delegation visited our university from November 20^th to 27^th. Led by Ms Uthaiwan, the 31 members of the delegation paid visit to the College of Chinese Language & Culture of our university to carry out exchanges and inspections. On the evening of 26^th November, Mr. Jia Yimin, vice president of our university gave an audience to the delegation. He first gave a introduction to the recent development of our university. He said there was a long tradition of friendship between Thailand and China and the communications and cultural exchanges between the two countries have been very frequent; so was Jinan University and Thailand in Chinese Education, and cooperation in graduate education, which had made great achievements recent years. Mr. Jia expressed his thanks to the headmasters for their supports and concerns to the international Chinese teachers of the College of Chinese Language & Culture that are teaching voluntarily in Thailand.

Also, the heads of the College had profound conversation with the delegation, and had discussions on issues that drew the interests of the two parties and further cooperation and exchanges. Still, the faculties of the college, and Thai students studying in the college had symposium with the headmasters.
