On April 19, 2010, an expert panel headed by Mr. Tan Zezong, deputy diretor general from the department of education, Guangdong Province came to SCNU to evaluate the internationalization of SCNU. President of SCNU Dr. Liu Ming and vice president Dr. Guo Jie met the expert panel.
Mr. Tan Zezong emphasized the importance of internationalization and wished SCNU to do more to enhance the international exchange and to cultivate personnel with international perspectives to meet the demands for the social developments in our province.
Dr. Xiao Hua, director for foreign affairs reported to the panel about the international exchange and cooperation programs at SCNU. The panel was impressed with the internationalization at SCNU.
Dr.Liu Ming thanked the panel for their suggestions for the improvement of internationalization at SCNU and hoped more of the faculty and students at SCNU to participate in international exchange programs.
