Guests from University of Alaska, Anchorage visited SCNU

Dr. Mary Snyder, Mr. Dennis Clark and two other guests from University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) came to visit SCNU in mid-March.
Dr. Mary Snyder is the dean of the College of Education and Mr. Dennis Clark is the director of MatSu College, a community campus of 1600 students affiliated with UAA. They visited Schools of Mathematics, School of Educational Science, School of Continuing Education , School of Economic Managements and spoke to the faculty or students on a variety of subjects, including school district partnerships, student recruitment efforts, and community relationships between the college and other organizations, education, business, and Alaska culture and history. The purpose of this trip is to seek collaboration opportunities, learn about this area in Southern China.
Dr. Ming Liu, vice president of SCNU met the UAA delegation and invited them to a dinner.
