A small delegation headed by vice president Dr. Pablo Arenaz from Texas A&M International University, the United States, paid an official visit to SCNU on June 4, 2010, acoompanied by Dr. Jame Ortiz(Associate vice president), Dr. R.Stephen Sears (Dean of Business School)and Dr. Huang Haibo. Vice president Dr. Guo Jie for international programs, SCNU met the delegation and gave a cordial welcome to the delegation.
Dr. Pablo Arenaz and Dr. Guo Jie had a frank conversation. Both expressed the wish to collaborate on student exchange, faculty exchange and joint conferences.
Finally, Dr. Pablo Arenaz and Dr. Guo Jie signed a MOU to start this partnership.
