The Fourth Talent Forum for Central China Rise with the theme of "Innovative Cooperation to Realize Common Rise of Central China" was convened in Changsha on the morning of Oct.26.
Participants including experts and representatives from six provinces in central China made extensive exchanges on several issues related to the advanced manufacturing industry in this region such as the basic situation, existing problems, development prospects, demands for talents and the means to carry out exchanges and cooperation among professionals within the industry.
At the forum, representatives briefed their valuable working experience in different sectors based on the fundamental realities of their provinces. Hunan representatives introduced successful experience in vigorously exploring the cultivation of professionals for the advanced equipment manufacturing industry.
The Agreement on Cooperation Among Professionals in Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Central China was concluded at the meeting. According to the agreement, under the guidance of the basic principles of "achieving common development through complementary advantages and advancement of key areas", parties involved will attach importance to the establishment of four cooperation platforms for training and education of talents and other related purposes. Five areas including the introduction of high-level talents are also highlighted in the document.
