On June 3,2007, Electronics college of Harbin Institute of Technology held "the Red Flag cup " electrical and electronics experimental skill competition. 29 teams attended and competed sharply for the champion. This is a part of the tenth Students Festival of Science Culture in which 76 activities of all kinds have been held and 11400 students participated.
Combine with speciality , serve the first class
The biggest attraction of the tenth Science Culture Festival is to make the content more close to the major of the students, as a result serve the first class better.
HIT 2007 Students Scientific production competition and the tenth 'Challenge Cupmatch offered the students a chance to communicate their wisdom on science with each other ,it attracted many students and 38 works from 10 colleges got prizes . Besides this, in the material college, the robot research part there are also many outcomes.
Bring the students' after-class science centre into full play
The tenth festival has got the most activities and participants by now comparing with all the past festivals. Students'after-class science centre play a important role in it
In order to make a more stable and standard system for students after-class science activities ,the Communist Youth League of HIT established 13 students activity basement in 11 colleges in December,2006. By now many bases have got good outcomes.
Response enthusiastically to the theme Careful Management ,Frugal Education
Water is the source of life , Electricity is the lever of development, the tenth Science Festival also called on all the students the save the water and electricity and so on to construct a university of high frugality.
At the beginning of the Festival, Communist Youth League of HIT asked all the basements of the League to carry out all the demands carefully and by the end many activities got satisfactory results.
