Now fashion designers can at last work with their real models on their PCs - thanks to the “FIGURA 3D” solution by Human Solutions! This dispenses with many actual garment try-ons with “real” models - and coordination with the cut design department is automated as well.
Seamless computer support in collection development means correspondingly greater time and costs savings - and new ideas can be quickly checked for suitability. More time and space is thus created for creativity - in spite of the hustle and bustle involved in collection preparation.
3D scans of the house model(s) serve as base data. Serial measurements like SizeGERMANY also enable the development of the target group’s representative models.
FIGURA 3D can be integrated into all established makes of design programs, e.g. vidya, V-Stitcher, Modaris 3D and Runway 3D.
The virtual model has a realistic body shape and can take up various postures that are relevant for collection development. For the first time you can now integrate the exact body dimensions and the realistic simulation of the human being into a computer-supported collection development.
“Years of development work went into FIGURA 3D. And we didn't only want to integrate real dimensions - the program facilitates the work involved in collection development to this extent simply because it simulates human beings so well. And designers can also continue to work in their accustomed software environments.” explains Dr. Andreas Seidl.
