Full Conference package includes lunch on both days and the dinner. Students pay only $90. Separate day packages available. Golf and wine tasting is separately priced.
Special speakers include:
• the Deputy Mayor of Albury, Cr Kevan Porter, to welcome all delegates to the region;
• The TTNA’s Advocacy Officer who will clarify his role and anticipated outcomes – a great opportunity for delegates to promote their industry concerns;
• Senator Kim Carr, Shadow Minister for Industry, Innovation, Science & Research, who will be the breakfast speaker on Friday morning. Delegates will have the opportunityto ask questions and promote their major industry concerns.

Speakers:
Presentations will be held in sessions relating to the use of technical and nonwoven textiles in general, recreation, resources and retirement roles. Among them are:
• A global view of the nonwoven industry, with a specific view on India;
• Intellectual property rights in the textiles industry;
• Specialist manufacturing innovative designs for water reservoir covers and a Melbourne Water joint project with CSIRO Textile & Fibre Technology on the degradation of textile covers for anaerobic ponds.
• How to profit from the elimination of waste;
• Findings from university R & D on textiles used in medical and aged care applications.
