MK Exim India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To re-consider the further issue of Securities under the provision of Companies Act 1956, SEBI Laws, Listing Agreement by way of Preferential Allotment of convertible warrants or otherwise to persons other than promoters and to take all the decisions pertaining to further issue of securities.
2. To consider the alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association by inserting new object clause relating to Bio-diesel, Real Estate and Hotel business.
