Aug. 27, 2010 - Alpha Finance Holding has reduced its stake in Bulgarian mining company Kaolin with 4.24% and swapped the shares in a deal for the acquisition of the majority stake in Solarpro Holding JSC, it is reported.
Solarpro stocks were quoted on BSE after a secondary public offering. Majority shareholder in Solarpro is Solar Ventures Plc. with 85.54%.
Solar Ventures Plc. is 100% property of Kaolin.
