Bulgaria's Kaolin profit improved by 8%

Sep. 1, 2010 - Kaolin just placed its 1H 2010 consolidated financial report. The net profit of the company improved by 8% on yearly basis to BGN 4.3 million as compared to BGN 4 million for the same period last year.
The sales of the company increased to BGN 69.6 million or by 26% on yearly basis. The net effect from exchange rates is BGN 704 000 as compared to net loss of BGN 114 000 for the 1H 2009.
The long-term bank loans stayed unchanged since the beginning of the year, whereas the short term loans improved by 18% y-o-y.
The shareholder structure of the holding remained unchanged y-o-y. The majority owners of Kaolin - Alfa Finance Holding (67.85%) and Mauve Clover (10.21%) already replaced part of their shares for shares of Solarpro. August, 31 is the last date for the replacement. There is no deal with the position so far.
