Sep. 23, 2010 - Industrials Mineral Inc (IDSM) is a company set to explode in the immediate future. IDSM owns 100% of the undivided interest in the Bissett Creek Graphite patented mineral lease, containing a resource of 640,000 tons of flake graphite on approximately 10% of the patented mineral lease. The property is one of the largest and purest natural flake graphite deposits in the world. The Company plans to become the leading producer of large flake crystalline graphite in the world. Graphite prices have more than doubled in the past couple years due to the ongoing modernization of China, India and other emerging economies which has resulted in strong demand from traditional uses in the steel and automotive industries. In addition, new applications such as lithium ion batteries, fuel cells and nuclear and solar power have the potential to create significant incremental demand growth. There is over 20 times more graphite in a lithium ion battery than there is lithium.
The current price per share is $0.015. The stock is sorely undervalued. IDSM owns 51% of Northern Graphite Corporation. On the 13th of September Northern Graphite submitted the necessary paperwork with securities regulators in the province of Ontario, Canada for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO). Northern Graphite seeks to raise $2-6,000,000 with an IPO offering of $0.50 per stock. Doing simple math will tell you that IDSM can increase its net intrinsic value by 50% to 120%.
Current company financials are steady and show proves to be the anchor of future commercial funding opportunies if necessary. The company has doubled its assets from $1,075,209 in December to $2,185,545 and has impressively reduced its liabilities by 50% to $1,171,537 from $2,323,881 in December of 2009.
