Axens acquires the Rio Tinto Alcan's Brockville activated alumina business

Oct. 1, 2010 - Axens has successfully completed the acquisition of the activated alumina business of Rio Tinto Alcan in Brockville (Ontario, Canada) on October 1, 2010. The acquisition agreement was previously announced on August 4, 2010.
With this acquisition, worldwide customers have access to a wide range of best-in-class activated alumina products and services from Axens for improving their performance.
