Beacon Hill Resources raises 730,000

Oct. 5, 2010 - Beacon Hill Resources has raised 730,000 through the placing of 5,175,000 new ordinary shares at 14.11p apiece.
The shares have been subscribed for by Fortrend Securities Pty under an agreement previously announced in March.
Fortrend has also been granted options over 1,293,750 ordinary shares exercisable at 15.68p per share for a period of three years.
The proceeds will be used to develop its coal and magnesite assets in Mozambique and Australia respectively.
