Dec. 7, 2010 - Equities research analysts at Longbow Research downgraded shares of GrafTech International Ltd. from a "buy" rating to a "neutral" rating in a research note to clients and investors on Monday. The analysts currently have a $21.00 price target on the stock.
GrafTech International Ltd. (GTL) manufactures a range of graphite electrodes, products for the production of electric arc furnace (EAF) steel and various other ferrous and nonferrous metals. It also manufactures carbon, graphite and semi-graphite refractory products, which protect the walls of blast furnaces and submerged arc furnaces. The Company operates in two business segments: Industrial Materials, which include graphite electrodes and refractory products; and Engineered Solutions, which include advanced graphite materials and natural graphite products. The product categories for GTL include graphite electrodes, refractory products, advanced graphite materials and natural graphite products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company manufactured products in 11 manufacturing facilities located on four continents.
