Jan. 15, 2011 - Orient Abrasives Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the proposed scheme of De-merger between Orient Abrasives Ltd. and Orient Refractories Ltd., the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi kindly passed an order dated January 11, 2011 directing to convene separate meetings of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of Orient Abrasives Limited, the transferor Company on February 26, 2011.
