RINL lays the first refractory brick of expansion

Feb. 9, 2011 - Mr PK Bishnoi CMD of RINL/VSP laid the first refractory brick to start the special type of lining work of the vertical shaft kilns at Calcining & Refractory Materials Plant of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant under its 6.3 million tonne per annum expansion program.
The new CRMP will be one of the most efficient and optimal energy consuming kiln which is in line with VSP s effort towards environmental friendly measures.

These 500 Tones per day lime producing capacity kilns are the biggest in the country with Beckenbach Annular Shaft design are the biggest capacity kilns to be installed in India with features like better fuel efficiency, lower fines generation, better maintainability etc.
