China: Asian Citrus Holdings sees 25.5% increase in winter orange crop

Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd., the largest orange plantation owner in China, Monday announced that the total winter orange crop yield of the group's two operational plantations was 143,698 tons, an increase of 25.5% from the the previous winter.
Main Facts:
-The winter orange crop from the Group's Hepu Plantation dropped from 54,511 tons last year to 50,517 tons in the current year, a decrease of approximately 7.3%.
-The winter orange crop from the Group's Xinfeng Plantation increased from 60,019 tons last year to 93,181 tons in the current year, an increase of approximately 55.3%.
-Shares at 0835 GMT up 1.25 pence, or 1.5%, at 86.25 pence valuing the company at GBP1.05 billion.
