NSFC Vice President He Minghong met with the advisor to Chairman of CNRS, Mr. Jean-Pierre Alix on July 27, 2010. Mr. Alix delivered a lecture titled How to Improve a Research Integrity System , in which he briefed about the Second World Conference on Research Integrity and French policies to improve research integrity. Both sides made an in-depth discussion on research integrity and misconduct. NSFC staff from the Bureau of Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Auditing, Bureau of Science Policy, Bureau of Planning, Bureau of Finance and Bureau of International Cooperation attended the Lecture.
