Prof. Chen Yiyu, NSFC president, met with an eight-member delegation from K.T. Li Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology in Taiwan led by Prof. Zhang Wenchang in September 9th, 2010. Both sides agreed to increase the funding for joint research projects in the coming years and discussed the defined academic areas for the funding increment and the pattern for practice. They also exchanged ideas about the schedule of the call for proposal in the field of photoelectricity materials in the year of 2011.
Delegates also include Prof. Jian Bowu, Prof. Hong Wenjun, Prof. Chen Zongquan and other guests.
