APEC CEO Summit 2004 was held on Nov. 19 in Santiago, Chile. Xie Qihua, chairwoman and president of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation and other Chinese enterprisers attended the meeting. Heretofore, Xie had also attended Sino-Brazil trading seminar and Sino-Brazil enterpriser committee meeting in Brasilia, Brazil on invitation and delivered a speech titled"achieving win-win result by means of complementary superiority and cooperation".
