On 12th November 2010, celebration for the 65th Anniversary of the Founding of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. is held in Tianjin, and CCCC Party Committee Secretary Mr. Liu Qitao participated in the ceremony. At the celebration, Mr. Liu sended warm congratulations to the subsidiary, and expressed heartfelt respect to the retired cadres, and sincere solicitude for the whole employees and close family members.
