Zhang Chunxian Talks With Teachers
On Thursday, Zhang Chunxian, secretary of CPC XJ Committee and Nuer Baikeli, deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region had a talk with teacher representatives to celebrate the 26th Teacher's Day. Zhang Chunxian pointed out that, XJ should enhance the faculty construction. Special attention should be given to rural teachers, bilingual teachers in primary and middle schools as well as specially-arranged teachers. XJ should also attract more excellent talents to devote to education work in farming and herding areas.
