China Longyuan has signed the cooperation agreement on the investment of wind power development with Xuancheng, Anhui

On Oct. 16, China Longyuan has signed the cooperation agreement on the investment of wind power development with Xuancheng, Anhui in Beijing. Leaders such as Xie Changjun, General Manager of the company, Huang Qun, Vice General Manager of the company, Yu Aihua, Mayor and Vice Secretary of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee of the CPC, and Zhang Gang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee of the CPC and Vice Mayor of Xuancheng attended the signing ceremony. On behalf of both sides, Huang Qun and Zhang Gang signed the agreement. Before the signing, Xie Changjun had an interview with Yu Aihua at the headquarters of the company and held a meeting for issues related to the cooperation.

Mr. Xie firstly extended his welcome to Mr. Yu and expressed his thanks to Xuancheng Municipal Committee and Government for their trust and support to China Longyuan. After that he overviewed the company with its features and advantages in the field of management, technology, capital, benefit and talents. He said, Xuancheng is rich in wind power resources, which is a mutual complement to the local tourism. Especially Xuancheng Municipal Committee and Government highly emphasize and support new energy resources industry, which creates a good investment environment for the development of the wind power. Both sides should strengthen the cooperation and promote jointly the rapid development of Xuancheng s wind power industry. On one hand, the company will strive to promote the development of wind power; on the other hand, the local government can help coordinate various works including environment assessment, land and approval and so on.

Yu Aihua expressed his thanks to the company s support of Xuancheng s economic development. He said, Xuancheng is rich in wind power resources and convenient in transportation. It has attractive landscapes and a profound cultural background. Especially in recent years, its economic growth has successively ranked among the top areas in Anhui and it is possessed of good conditions of developing wind power. He expressed that Xuancheng Municipal Committee and Government would try their best to do a good coordination. He believed that with the joint efforts of both sides, Xuancheng would make new breakthrough in its wind power development and contribute new vitality to its economic development.
