On the afternoon of February 23rd, Hungarian consul general Mr. Hajba Tam?s visited Chongqing Medical University and had a meeting with President Lei Han. Ms. Yang Hong, director of Foreign Affairs Office, and Mr. Cao Wenfu, director of College of Traditional Chinese Medicine attended the meeting.

Ms. Yang first presented Mr. Hajba a brief introduction of Chongqing Medical University before the president had a deeper conversation with him on behalf of the university. Professor Lei Han thanked Mr. Hajba for his effort, saying that our university was willing to work together with Semmelweis Medical University in teaching and clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine, scientific research, and student exchange, etc. At last, both the president and the guest highlighted that this meeting was a meaningful beginning of cooperation between the two universities. The programs and details would certainly be discussed in the future.
