On Sept. 10, 2010, the grand opening ceremony of the Joint Master Program of Structural Engineering between JiaxingUniversity and Leipzig University of Applied Sciences was held in the hall of the administration building. President Xu Xianmin took part in the Ceremony and presented the Letter of Appointment to the teachers under this Program together with the German representative. 18 students have been recruited to this Program.
