On the afternoon of Nov. 18, President Hu Jun and Vice President Jia Yimin had a meeting with the delegation. The two sides reviewed the mutual cooperation. Prof. Lubis expressed his heartfelt thanks to Jinan for support to the construction of the Chinese Department at USU. The two sides also discussed future collaboration in the fields of TCM, library and Confucius Institute.
Deputy Dean Zeng Yiping from the College of Chinese Language and Culture, Vice Chair Shao Yi from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Deputy Dean Chen Liguo from the Medical School, Director Zhu Lina from the Library, Director Yu Huifen and Deputy Director Li Lijia from the International Affairs Office attended the meeting, followed by a MoU signing agreement between the two universities.
