The visiting quantity of the official website for the activity has over 830,000 from 178 countries and areas. The organizing committee will choose the top 60 today.

Band Panda 1/2 was founded in the summer of 2009. It is the first band in the world that consists of a panda as a member. The lead singer is Minami, another member is James Panda Jr. who is a songwriter and music producer. The band came on the scene by singing a cover of Cornelius New Music Machine on Dec. 23th, 2009.
Lead singer Minami wears panda outfits at many performances. She hopes she can be a Chengdu Pambassador . She said pandas have always given her strength. Her songs are for humans and giant pandas.
