Recently, a Banama cargo ship named Linda ran on rocks on its way to the Xinsha port of Guangzhou and was unable to continue its voyage. The ship then asked help from Xinsha Customs House (affiliated to Huangpu Customs District). Although they knew only a small part of the 3904 sets of automobile equipment carried by the ship would be declared at Xinsha Customs House, and the rest would be transported to Shanghai and Korea, Customs officers contacted the related agencies to work out a control plan for all the equipment to be unloaded at Xinsha port.
