A Party Headed By G.M. Wang Yinping Visited Mr. Jia Sixian

At 10 am. on May.28th, the three-member party led G.M. Wang Yinping visited Mr. Jia Sixian, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipal Government, the Secretary of the district Committee and Governor of Pudong New District. They were warmly received by Jiang.

With a cordial and harmony atmosphere, Wang first of all reported exclusively to Jiang the implementation and going-on of all the things of Sinochem International since its movement south to South as well as the practical difficulties the company had encountered during the cause of enjoying policies such as tax-exempt for provincial buildings. He then expressed sincere thanks to Shanghai Municipal Government, in particular the Government of Pudong New District and leaders there, for their concerning and vigorous support and the hope in gaining more long term policy support. Jiang gave full recognition to the work done by Sinochem International for the past two years and offer congratulations on as well as appreciation to the company's accomplishments and contributions to the development of Pudong New District. He pointed out that, the development strategy of three industries, namely, trade, logistics and industrial investment of Sinochem International goes quite well with Shanghai four major industries, namely finance, trade, economy and shipping. He said, Shanghai Municipal Government especially Pudong New District Government would exert great efforts to offer support to Sinochem International in terms of policies and environment and proactively solve practical problems the company faced in developing. In addition, Jiang also expressed his appreciation to Sinochem, a big shareholder of our company, for its active investment in Pudong.

There were also directors of the Bureau of Finance and the Bureau of Economy and Trade of Pudong New District as well as leaders from other relevant bureaus accompanied.
