On Jan.25th, Sinochem International staff meeting was held in Shanghai. The theme of this meeting was: to learn in practice and to create for development will achieve the future of Sinochem International with sustainable competitiveness. G.M. Yang Feng presided at the meeting, at the beginning of which, Li Chao, General Director of the Financial Dep., on behalf of the company, reported on Sinochem International operation of 2002 and the financial budget of 2003. As he said in the report, having passed 2002, a toxicant year for Sinochem International, we will continue to strive in 2003 to create richer returns for shareholders. Then, Liang Li, G.M. of HR Dep., announced the list of excellent group and individuals in 2002. Totally 14 departments and 19 individuals won the eight awards such as group awards for spectacular contributions, group awards for excellent management or service, awards for best client service, awards for creation and development, awards for best new employee, etc. in the end, on behalf of the board of directors and the administering authority, G.M. Wang Yinping, delivered a important speech, in which he not only made retrospection to accomplishments achieved in the past year, but also put forwarded eight key tasks of this year. The speech had moved the whole staff and earned full-court applause.
