On Apr. 11, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between SinoChem International and Zhonghai International to establish a strategic partnership of the both parties.
Xu Weihui, General Manager of SinoChem International, and Yan Zhichong, General Manager of Zhonghai International, signed this agreement. Some other leaders such as Li Chao, the Deputy General Manager of SinoChem International, and Wang Xiangyun, the Secretary of CPC branch in Zhonghai International attended the ceremony of signing this agreement.
Zhonghai International is a direct subsidiary of China Shipping Group with over 20,000 sailors, which owns the cutting-edge experiences for managing ships, the business networks covering the world, the effective education and training system and modernized ways for managing the information networks. Zhonghai International can provide stably professionals and technical supports to SinoChem for the strategic development in the international liquid chemical sector and both parties will cooperate with each other further in ship management, sailor assignment as a whole with the ship and sailor training.
