On Feb. 6, Hainan Sinochem Rubber Ltd. (in preparation), jointly with Research School of Rubber of China Academy of Sciences on Tropical Agriculture and Danzhou Technical Center of Tropical Plants, "Danzhou training class on Rubber Management in Winder and Spring & prevention and treatment of diseases and insect pests"at Country Community College of Shiwu, Danzhou. More than rubber farmers from the city attended the opening ceremony.
The low temperature and high humidity makes the winter time in Hainan the peak season of rubber diseases and insect pests. Hainan Sinochem Rubber Ltd. (in preparation) carries out targeted professional trainings to rubber farmers with well prepared plans on rubber management, disease and insect pest prevention and treatment as well as rubber tapping technology so as to further improve the quality of natural rubber from local producers and facilitate the optimization and upgrading of raw material planting and product processing.
