New 13000-ton Vessel of Sinochem International Given the Name of SC GUOJI

On Dec. 15, 2006, the handing-over and naming ceremony was held in Busan between Sinochem International and 21st Century Shipyard of South Korea. The 13000-ton double-shell liquid chemical vessel built for Sinochem International were named SC GUOJI, which will be used for the transportation of liquid chemicals on Far East, Middle East lines.
Li Chao, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International, attended the ceremony and visited the new vessel. He expressed the satisfaction to the cooperation between Sinochem International and 21st Century Shipyard and the acknowledgement of the new vessel built to world standards. 21st Century Shipyard expressed that it was the 1st time building vessel for Chinese enterprise and more emphasis would be put to such projects in the future.
Xu Junfeng, Deputy General Manager of Logistics Head Department of Sinochem International, Si Liang, Deputy General Manager of Vessel Business Department also attended the ceremony.
