Improving function positioning, upgrading managerial expertise

On March 28, Sinochem International held branch meeting in Guangzhou, on which long term planning and unified layout of branches was discussed. The arrangement was made to the work of further improvement of function positioning and upgrade of managerial expertise.
Xian Ming, Managing Deputy General Management of Sinochem International presided over the meeting. Xu Weihui, General Manager, made the wrap-up address.

Xu Weihui pointed out that the company would revise the whole management rules for branches at home and abroad, which will have systematic description of strategic function, management function, sales function and service function; define function positioning for each branch and set up work requirement.

In order to further regulate, unify, improve the system of ensuring welfare benefit, performance assessment, housing for dispatched personnel at other cities, allowance for dispatched personnel, family reunion, training and career development. It is to constantly carry on the corporate strategy and the setup of bigger and better branches for new contribution to corporate strategic transition.

Leaders from 14 branches in Beijing, Guangdong and South Korea as well as leaders from relevant department and functions attended the meeting.
