On April 23, Xu Weihui, General Manager of Sinochem International, inspected the Xiamen Office of Sinochem International. He asked in detail the operation of Xiamen office and Quanzhou office, and had an informal meeting with the local staff members.
Xu Weihui pointed out that it is the company's firm decision to promote the building of better and bigger branches. It is to strengthen the structure of the branches so as to undertake the local sales tasks of multiple products. The person in charge should report directly to the head office of the business department or even to the company headquarter, but shall not be a subordinate to one single product line. Such structure is a solution to achieve a unified company image in the local markets and also form synergy in business operation.
Xu Weihui emphasized that the building of the network shall be done with the view of sustainable development with the localization of the staff members and the maintenance and continuity of sales personnel. He pointed out that with the present clear strategic development directions set up by the company, firm and concrete work is to be done on logistics service, market distribution and the extension of industrialization.
Only through such work, the company would accumulate more and more experience in the relevant fields and finally achieve the healthy development of the enterprise.
At present, Sinochem International has set up 18 branches in places including Beijing, Guangzhou, Singapore and South Korea.
