Xu Weihui noted that the business situation of the company for the first three quarters of this year was very good, and it is expected the whole year will be much better, and efforts should be made to conduct the work well in the fourth quarter of the year. First of all, efforts should be made to ensure the completion of safety work; each business center, especially head of safety site, should pay more attention to the discovery, rectification and tracking mechanism for potential trouble. Emphasis should laid on the operation and operation quality in the fourth quarter, and departments that have completed the task of the whole year should maintain vigorous status, instead of being satisfied with the achieved performance, general managers and financial directors of each department must review their inventory, receivables and cases seriously, determine the head and schedule. Efforts should be made to conduct the revision of three-year planning, and formulate the work plan of 2008, and the clear, simple and executable three-year planning should reflect the atmosphere that we will make construction seriously in the three years. Management system and human resources should provide comprehensive support by calling upon the key clients and signing some long-term agreements and COAs.
Xu Weihui required that employees at key positions should understand the role of the guideline of leading segmentation, effective management, and enterprising culture in the development course in the recent two years, and should take it as the concept basis of construction in the next three years unswervingly. They should keep the sense of enterprise and responsibility, strive to be industrial leaders and management experts for the three-year construction.
