On October 26^th, the 36^th Session of the 3^rd board of directors of Sinochem International was held at Shanghai, where Quarterly Report, Summary of Quarterly Report and Performance Growth Estimation Proclamation of the 3^rd quarter, 2007 was reviewed and adopted.

Due to the smooth implementation of Sinochem International s strategy and favorable growth of all major business, it is estimated by the financial department that the annual net revenue of 2007 will increase by 50% compared to that in the same period last year.
