Put Anti-corruption and Morality-advocation Campaign into Place

On August 14, party committee of SinoChem International organized a meeting to watch the video of speeches delivered by Wu Guanzheng and He Yong. Xu Weihui, executive deputy secretary of SinoChem International and general manager of SinoChem presided the meeting and made a speech.

Xu called for all the party members and cadres, as well as staffs at key posts to learn the essences of speeches given by leaders of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and carry out the anticorruption campaign in line with the reality of SinoChem.

Xu pointed out that anti-corruption and advocation of morality was of great importance to SinoChem. The faster the company develops, the more urgent it is for us to focus on anti-corruption. He therefore appealed for all the party members, leaders at key posts in particular, to keep in mind the following 4 points. Firstly, be honest to our career. The current strategic and market situation of SinoChem is hard-won. Unless the leaders conduct honestly in their work, the current prosperous state would be ruined; secondly, to build a correct view on wealth. If you love the property, seek it properly. And "more pay for more work" should be practiced according to the performance. Thirdly, leaders at key posts should leverage efficient systems to address anti-corruption. Based on the market-oriented management system, the effective operation of anti-corruption and advocation of morality campaign should be guaranteed by virtue of systems and processes. Fourthly, function departments should hold on to the problem if there is any. Audit, Quality Management and Supervision Department should cooperate with each other and pay attention to even the smallest details. Cases in this regard should be published company-wide as a pre-warning.
