SinoChem Rubber Adopts New Technology for Less Energy Consumption

Hainan Sinochem Rubber Ltd., under the holding of Sinochem International, through the use of new technology, achieved the aim of energy conservation and consumption reduction, setting up a leading role for the domestic natural rubber processing industry.

By firmly holding up to and implementing SinoChem International's concept of environmental protection and energy conservation, Hainan Rubber began a series of discussions with its major customers on such issues at the beginning of this year. The good result was that its important customers agreed to use the recyclable Goodpack containers, which led to packaging cost reduction and the stackable boxes helped maximize storage space and made transportation much easier.

Meanwhile, Hainan Rubber vigorously promoted the technology of natural gas for rubber drying. In the natural rubber industry, traditional drying fuels are coal, heavy oil and diesel oil. Hainan Rubber took the lead in using natural gas for drying rubber, a technology that helps reduce energy consumption, processing cost as well as pollution to the environment.
