SinoChem International Joins "2006 Top 100 Enterprises for Investor Relations Management"

On July 11, the key award for 2006 investor relations management event - "2006 top 100 enterprises for investor relations management" was released and SinoChem International was one of the top 100.

SinoChem International has always viewed the value and significance of Investor Relations Management (IRM) from a strategic perspective and actively carries out IRM. It attaches great importance to information disclosure and leverages financial, marketing and PR means to strengthen communication with investors and potential investors. The board examined and approved the Investor Relations Management System, and the "800 Hot Line" was set up and personnel specially designated to answer questions from investors concerning basic aspects of the company. In addition, it also made available the mailboxes of Board Secretary and Securities Representative, for timely responses to investors' questions. Such a good investor management has helped to promote the understanding and recognition of SinoChem among the investors.

This China IRM event was co-organized by School of Engineering Management, NanjingUniversity and China Securities News, and carried out by Finance Communication and hexun.com. It is aimed to give a scientific evaluation of the general state of IRM of enlisted companies, promote IRM and boost the sound and prosperous development of China's securities market.
