On May 8, "Announcement Meeting of 2007 Top 100 Shanghai Enterprise" organized by Enterprise Management Association of Shanghai and Shanghai Entrepreneur Association was held in Seagull Hotel, Sinochem International ranked No. 23rd in the list.
In 2007, with fast strategic promotion, continual management improvement, and steady performance enhancement, Sinochem International achieved 19.4 billion Yuan in main business income, its total profit and total asset grew by 74.56% and 70.39% compared with that of previous year respectively, and contributed to Shanghai's national economic development and construction of harmonious society. Famous Shanghai enterprises including Baosteel Group, Bailian Group, Shanghai Electric Group, Bank of Communications also showed up in the list. Jin Xingming, Deputy Secretary of CPC General Branch and Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission, Zhang Linjian, Chairman of Enterprise Management Association of Shanghai, and leaders from all sectors and over 100 enterprise representatives attended the meeting. |
