On December 26th, 2008, the Association of Enterprise Workers' Union directly under Pudong New District awarded the Worker's Union of Sinochem International the title of "2008 Annual Model Workers' Union".

The Worker's Union also actively organizes parties, sports meetings and other cultural and sports activities to entertain employees.
Sinochem International attaches great importance to the social responsibility.
