On Aug 27, Hainan Sinochem Rubber Ltd. and Hainan Sinochem-ai Rubber Latex Co., Ltd. (in preparation) jointly donated RMB100,000 to help 10 unprivileged college students in Zhanzhou and Qionghai to successfully complete their degree course.
Within Hainan Sinochem Rubber Ltd., CSR always ranks high on priority list. The company has set up special fellowship and scholarship to help unprivileged students. Each year 50,000-60,000 Yuan is provided to sponsor unprivileged students in local colleges. Last year, Hainan Sinochem Rubber donated RMB20,000 to the agriculture sector of the government, which was used to sponsor training of local agricultural technicians.
